Feature Overview

Video Recording

Weflow joins your scheduled calls and records both video and audio, so the full conversation is available to revisit later. Recordings are stored in Weflow and can be watched, shared or clipped from the Recordings page. You control which meetings get recorded from the Weflow calendar.

In the recording section, users can access their recordings as well as recordings from other users in the same account (depending of access permissions)

Automated Linking to Salesforce Records (Including Custom Objects)

Every recording is automatically matched to the relevant records in your CRM based on the meeting participants, so the call is logged where your team already works. If the automatic match is not what you expected, you can link the recording manually or change the linked record at any time.

Transcript

Weflow generates a full, searchable transcript of every call, so you can jump straight to the moment you need instead of scrubbing through the recording. Transcription is supported in over 96 languages, which means globally distributed teams get the same experience regardless of the language the call was held in.

Automatic Language Detection

Weflow identifies the language spoken on the call on its own, so there is nothing to configure before a meeting. This keeps transcripts and summaries accurate for teams that switch between languages across different regions and customers.

AI Generated Meeting Summary

After each call, Weflow produces a structured summary covering what was discussed, key takeaways and next steps, so no one has to write up notes manually. Summary templates can be configured from Admin Console > Conversation Intelligence setup, letting you shape the output around your own sales methodology and the fields your team cares about.

Automated Follow Up Email including Summary

Once the call ends, Weflow drafts a follow up email that already contains the meeting summary and agreed next steps, ready to review and send. Follow up templates can be configured from Admin Console > Conversation Intelligence setup so the tone and structure stay consistent across the team.

Weflow sends a follow-up email to internal meeting participants after the call has ended:

Trackers

A Tracker is a set of keywords or phrases that Weflow automatically detects across your call recordings, transcripts and summaries. It lets your team monitor how often competitors, pricing, products or any other strategic topic comes up in conversations, without reviewing every call manually.

Coaching Feedback

Weflow reviews each conversation and returns feedback that managers and reps can use to improve, turning everyday calls into a coaching resource. Coaching templates can be configured from Admin Console > Conversation Intelligence setup, either as scores against defined criteria or as free form feedback, depending on how your team prefers to run coaching.

Automatic Field Updates

Weflow extracts the information discussed on the call and updates the relevant CRM fields for you, cutting down on manual data entry and keeping your pipeline current. Field update templates can be configured for the relevant Salesforce objects, such as Accounts and Opportunities, from Admin Console > Conversation Intelligence setup.

In the Weflow calendar, users can opt-in or opt- out of meeting recordings (Weflow will schedule recordings automatically):

Meeting Types
Weflow tags each recorded meeting with a meeting type, such as a discovery call, a customer demo, or an internal sync. It works out the type automatically from the meeting transcript, so you don't have to label anything by hand. If the detected type doesn't look right, you can change it to the correct one.

Trim and Clip:

You can trim a recording down to just the part you need using the clip editor. Set the clip's start and end in one of three ways: type the times into the Start and End fields, drag the handles on the waveform under the video, or drag the text handles in the AI Transcript panel to highlight the exact words you want. The clip length updates as you go, and the zoom slider above the waveform gives you finer control. Add a clip name, then click Create Clip.

Chapters:

Weflow splits each recording into chapters by topic, for example "Introduction and Background discussion" or "Preparing for Next Meetings". You'll find them in the Chapters tab next to the video player. Each chapter shows a title, a short excerpt from that part of the conversation (click View more to expand it), and the timestamp where it starts. The progress bar under the video is split into the same chapters, and the player shows the name of the chapter you're watching.

Note: Recordings shorter than 1 minute, whether captured via the Weflow iOS or Android Mobile App or a regular call recording won't appear on the Recordings page.
