Weflow Manager Enablement Guide

Reviewing Daily Rep Activity

Team activity overview → Insights Tab

The Insights Tab gives you a real-time snapshot of your team's email and event activity across any time period. Rather than digging through individual records, everything is surfaced in one place so you can quickly spot who is active, who isn't, and where engagement may be dropping off.

Deal-level activity → Pipeline Management

Pipeline Management gives you a live view of your deals alongside the activity happening on them. It connects what your reps are doing day-to-day directly to the opportunities in your pipeline, so you can see engagement at a deal level rather than just in aggregate.

Go deeper on anything → Ask AI

Weflow Ask AI helps you quickly explore activity across an individual team member or your entire team. You can ask follow-up questions to uncover deeper insights based on Salesforce data, email content, and call transcripts.

Ideas to start exploring with Ask AI

  • What meetings has (Team members) had with customers recently?

  • When was (Team members) last call with (Customer XYZ)?

Follow up Questions
How was the call with (Customer XYZ)? Can you give me a quick summary?

What is the value and close date of this deal?

Reviewing Rep Calls

Locate a team member’s call → Recordings Page

The Recordings page gives managers a central view of their team’s calls, making it easy to find specific conversations when needed. To locate a recording, open the All Recordings tab, then filter by the relevant team or user and set a timeframe that matches when the call happened. You can also use the search bar in the top right to look for the recording title. Since search only works within the current filtered view, it’s important to make sure the filters are set correctly first.

How find Summary, Coaching & Trackers

Each recording includes AI-powered Summaries, Coaching, and Trackers to help you quickly review what happened in the call. These templates are customizable and can be assigned to specific teams. Within a recording, open the Summary, Coaching, or Trackers tab, then use the dropdown to select the AI template you want to review. This lets you switch between different analyses without leaving the call.

Your feedback is key

Coaching scores are initially generated by Weflow AI. The AI icon indicates whether the score was created by Weflow AI or updated by a manager. Managers can override the AI-generated score and select the rating that best fits the coaching template being used.

Quick insights → Recordings Page ASK AI

On the recording page, you also have access to the Ask AI chat, giving you a faster way to get the insights you need without manually reviewing the full summary.

If you’re short on time or looking for something specific, you can simply ask a question and get an instant answer based on the call. Ask AI can analyze the conversation, highlight key moments, and even reference relevant Salesforce fields to give you more complete context.

For example, you can ask:

  • Was a follow-up meeting scheduled?

  • Did they discuss pricing?

  • What were the next steps agreed on?

This allows you to quickly get exactly what you need from a call, without having to read through the entire summary or watch the full recording.

Reviewing Rep Calls with Sales Methodology & Key Topics

The Insights Tab gives you a clear, real-time view of how your team is performing across calls. Instead of reviewing recordings one by one, you can use Trackers and Scorecards to quickly surface the key topics being discussed and evaluate how well reps are aligning with your sales methodology.

Key topics within customer calls → Insight Trackers

Trackers highlight key topics in your calls—like competitors or objections—without manual review. In the Insights Tab, you can analyze these across teams or reps and jump straight to the exact moment in the call to review and coach.

Sales Methodology Scoring → Insight Scorecards

Scorecards apply your coaching templates to automatically evaluate calls against your sales methodology using Ask AI. In the Insights Tab, you can track performance by team or rep and jump directly into calls based on the scores to review and coach quickly.

Providing Feedback on Calls

Recording Page → Coaching Tab (Scored feedback)

On the recording page, under the Coaching tab, you can review your coaching templates. You can have multiple templates set up, with or without scoring, depending on how you want to evaluate calls.

Based on your coaching prompt, the AI will automatically generate feedback and assign a score. By default, this will be labeled as “Scored with Weflow”, indicating the score was generated by AI.

As a manager, you have full control to adjust this score. Simply select the rating you feel best reflects the performance, and the label will update to “Scored by Manager.”

Recording Page → Comments (Written feedback)

The Comments section lets you tag users and leave feedback directly on a call. Tagged users receive a notification email and can reply to start a thread for ongoing discussion.

Building a Knowledge Base

Creating clips and playlists helps you build a video knowledge base for onboarding and training, while also supporting account intelligence, renewal and expansion planning, and smoother handovers between teams.

Pipeline Risk

Review the (Team members name) open opportunities due to close this quarter using Salesforce Account and Opportunity data, along with related emails, activities, and meeting transcripts. Identify deals that may be at risk of slipping, stalling, or being inaccurately forecasted. Focus on communication activity such as low email volume, long gaps between interactions, or hesitant language. Analyze meeting transcripts for red flags including objections, negative sentiment, unclear decision processes, or missing next steps. Evaluate Salesforce data quality by identifying opportunities with limited logged activity, missing updates, or deals where the close date has been repeatedly pushed. Look for opportunities stuck in the same stage for long periods or with limited engagement from key stakeholders. For each opportunity provide the opportunity name, value, stage, expected close date, key risk signals identified, a deal health classification (Healthy, Watch, At Risk), and a short recommended action for the sales team.
