How to Configure Warning Signals

Create custom warning signals from any Opportunity field, assign them to teams, and duplicate, rename, disable or delete them in the Admin Console.

Overview

  • Warning signals can be surfaced in pipeline views, the sidebar and in Weflow's pipeline analytics and sales forecasting sections.

  • Warning signals are fully customizable. You can create as many warning signals as needed.

  • To enable a warning signal, it needs to be assigned to a user team first.

Enable/disable Warning Signals

  • If you don't want to use Warning Signals, you can disable them entirely.

  • In addition, you can enable/disable specific Warning Signals separately.

Configuring Warning Signals

  • To configure a Warning Signal, click on the +Add warning button in the top right corner.

  • This will trigger a new page, where you can define a name (visible for end-users) and a description (only visible in the admin console) for the signal.

  • Then, you can define conditions. You can use any type of field on the Opportunity object to define a warning signal excluding text fields.

Duplication

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right side, to duplicate an existing Warning Signal.

Renaming

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right side, to change the name of a Warning Signal.

  • You can change a name at any point in time.

  • Please be aware, that the name is a user-facing name. Meaning, that this will be the information displayed to the end-user when a warning is triggered.

Deletion

  • If needed, you can delete a Warning Signal completely.

  • Please be aware, that deleted signals cannot be retrieved anymore.
