Weflow's Outlook Add-In allows you to manually log emails and meetings to Salesforce. The Outlook Add-In automatically suggests records based on Weflow's proprietary logging algorithm once an email address has been added to the email recipients or meeting invitees.

With the Outlook Add-in you can manually adjust the logging behavior of Weflow's activity algorithm.
Manually log emails from Outlook to Salesforce.
Manually log meetings from Outlook to Salesforce.
Enable open tracking for Email Messages in Salesforce (separate managed package needs to be installed).
Search for records, change the Opportunity, set required fields on the event object.
The Add-In can be used on the following platforms and clients:
Outlook on the web
Outlook on Mac (Microsoft 365)
Outlook on Windows (Microsoft 365)
Note: The Outlook Add-in should be provisioned by a Microsoft 365 admin and then be pinned to Outlook.
Currently we don't support Outlook Classic and only support the versions outlined on the Appsource marketplace. Kindly refer to the screenshot below:
